About me (and Art)

Art is more than a career or hobby for me. He’s been there for me in all the little moments of my life, like a sibling or a best friend. He was waiting on me at my birth. We grew up together, got in trouble at school together, and have always been the closest of friends. We may fuss, but we are inseparable, and our bond grows stronger every day. He’s introduced me to many people over the years. You and I probably wouldn’t have met had it not been for our good friend Art. Have a look at some of our side projects.

Creative Process (more)

Whether working solo or managing a team, I’ve found success adapting a mix of design thinking models, primarily the Double Diamond model by the British Design Council, with a touch of Jake Knapp’s interpretation of the Stanford Design School's five-stage process (Empathize, Define, Ideate, Prototype, and Test). Both models prioritize the needs and perspectives of the user, emphasizing the importance of human-centered design. They also emphasize iteration, acknowledging that design is an ongoing process requiring constant refinement. By combining elements of both models, I’m able to leverage the strengths of each to create a robust and adaptable creative process that is effective in all situations.
